Based on the best seasonal ingredients, the chefs at NOI create an inspiring menu with influences from all over Europe. A quick look at the menu reveals dishes such as grilled octopus, seared tuna on a salt stone, butter-baked pointed cabbage with porcini, oyster mushrooms, and portobello mushrooms.

The materials used in NOI's Chambre Separée are consistently natural, such as tanned leather from Tärnsjö, solid walnut, mosaic parquet, and black marble. The color tones are cognac, saffron yellow, and dark green. The Chambre Separée is specially designed by architects at Wingårdhs.
